Frank and Velia luminaires awarded for Lighting Product Design

Montreal, December 16, 2024 – Eureka, an established leader in decorative lighting solutions, is pleased to announce that its Frank and Velia luminaires have each received a LIT Design Award.

The LIT Design Awards were established to acknowledge the exceptional work of talented lighting product designers and implementers from around the world. It is the organization’s belief that lighting encompasses both artistic expression and scientific principles, making it a vital component of any design. The platform recognizes and celebrates achievements in lighting products, architectural lighting designs, and entertainment lighting.

Frank features a thermoformed shade made from sound-absorbing PET felt that increases acoustic comfort in a space. Measuring 24.5” in diameter and 16.7” in height, the Frank shade is available in a palette of 22 colors.

Velia is a unique tubular luminaire with a sleek, modernized look. The versatile family is offered in a variety of colors, textures, lengths, and configurations to meet a variety of space aesthetics. Velia’s outer layer is a durable polycarbonate diffuser film with a smooth surface and three unique finishes. The interior film is offered in a choice of colors.
